Hosting and security

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages and related Cloudflare services. The provider is Cloudflare, Inc.; affiliated Cloudflare companies may also be involved for users in Europe.

When the site is requested, Cloudflare can process technical access information such as the IP address, time, requested URL, referrer, browser and device information, operating system, response status, and security events. This processing is necessary to deliver the site, distribute traffic, diagnose errors, and protect it against attacks and automated abuse.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, stable, and efficient operation of the website. Cloudflare may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies for delivery and security; where applicable, access to information on a visitor’s device relies on the exception for technically necessary operations under Section 165 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021.

Processing in countries outside the European Economic Area, including the United States, cannot be excluded. Cloudflare states that it uses safeguards including the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses. YouTube videos

Video pages initially display a thumbnail stored on this site. No YouTube or Google request is made at that point.

If you choose “Play on YouTube,” the page creates a player from youtube-nocookie.com. Google may receive your IP address and browser information and may use cookies or similar storage. Processing in the United States cannot be excluded. The legal basis for loading this optional external content is your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 165 of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021. See Google’s privacy policy for further information.

Consent is not remembered for another page or visit. “Unload YouTube” removes the player again. You can always use the direct YouTube link instead.

Email contact

If you contact the operator by email or telephone, the information you provide is processed to answer your request. This can include your name, email address, telephone number, message, and related organisation details.

The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for contractual or pre-contractual requests. For other requests, it is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, based on the legitimate interest in answering and documenting correspondence. Data is retained only as long as needed for the request or as required by law.

Your rights

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw consent for future processing at any time.

You may also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.

No automated decisions

This website does not make automated decisions or perform profiling within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR.
